  • 200 ml thick cream
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean (split then scrunched)

  • 9 large egg yolks
For Chocolate Magic Shell:
  • 3 cups of dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 cups of coconut oil
  • 1 glass of corn syrup


Steps
  1. Make coffee pudding: First, heat sugar, coffee, cream, and vanilla beans (seeds and whole pods) using medium heat in a large saucepan. Allow to boil or stir occasionally. Then lift and close.
  2. With a large bowl, pour the egg yolk into it. Pour the hot coffee cream into it little by little by mixing until it blends well.wrap the bowl using plastic, then chill overnight
  3. Next, heat the oven to a temperature of 250 degrees C. Strain the base of the pudding using a fine-mesh filter. Then place the heat-resistant cake mold on a baking sheet. Pour the pudding on the mold. Put the plate in the middle rack oven then pour hot water.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until the edges of the custard are adjusted. Then take the pan from the oven, then remove the mold from the water bath. Let stand for 12 minutes until it cools, then freeze in an ice cup for at least 2 hours until it is completely frozen. Then remove the pudding from the mold and then freeze it again in the freezer until the pudding is ready to dip.
  5. The way to magic chocolate shell: By using a bowl placed on a double catheter, melt the chocolate. Using a spatula, stir in corn syrup and coconut oil with melted chocolate.
  6. Take one frozen coffee pudding using a skewer then dip it into the Magic Shell.
