Easy vegan jambalaya

• 400 cups of raw rice
• 6 glasses of vegetable broth (or water)
• 4 tablespoons of tahini, if desired
• 2 cups of green beans (cooked)
• 1 cup cooked red beans
• Fresh parsley (for decoration)

Steps

1. Add the chopped vegetables to the pan, cook with water for about five minutes, use medium heat. If you want to add vegetables, remove tahini from list.
2. Add the tomatoes, cook again for about five minutes.
3. Add the soy sauce, add the spices, and mix thoroughly. Add vegetable broth (or water) then cook until boiling. Cook until the rice is cooked.
4. Then also add tahini, green beans, and beans, cook again for about 2 minutes after stirring.

6. This dish can last around four days if you store it in the refrigerator.
